After the war, Parisian nights regained the effervescence and excitement that made the capital the center of arts and culture. Thanks to his great uncle, who was a theater decorator, it was in the world of cabarets that Jean Roger found the inspiration for the "foliage", the emblematic decoration of the studio's ceramics.
SEAWEED CANDLE HOLDER
The seaweed motif designed by François Roger in 2015 is repeated on these candleholders, offered this year in khaki green and matt white. The leaves are modelled one by one, so each candleholder is unique, with slight variations in size that make it all the more vibrant and poetic.
MONKEY CANDLE HOLDER
The exoticism and mischief of the emerald-green enamelled monkey candlestick will enchant and decorate your tables. Each piece is modeled and shaped according to the expertise of the Jean Roger workshop.
ACANTHUS CANDLE HOLDER
Inspired by the Corinthian capitals of the Abbey of Cluny, François Roger revisits acanthus leaves on a candlestick entirely turned and modeled by hand, forming a veritable piece of sculpture in its own right.
Magnified by the combination of three glazes in natural hues, it is in keeping with the exotic aesthetic so dear to Jean Roger.
